After opting in, users may receive SMS messages related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, post-visit follow-ups, service updates, and customer care communications. Promotional or marketing messages may also be sent only if the user has separately opted in to receive such messages.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from RejuvaMed Skin & Body. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.

  1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens, but we require advanced notice for cancellations to allow other patients the opportunity to book.

  • Fees: Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or failure to show up for an appointment (“No-Show”), may result in a fee or the forfeiture of your booking deposit.
